5 minute clock :

10 alternating db snatches

10 burpee over dumbbell

10 goblet squat with dumbbell


- shoot for 2-3 rounds 

Snatch - 5 min wu + 6 sets, every 1:30 perform 2 tng reps.

- start @ 60% and build
- prefer full

Back Squat - 5 sets, every 2 minutes perform 2-4 reps @ 75-85%

30 db snatches
10 burpee over db
40 db snatches
10 burpee over db
50 db snatches
10 burpee over db
60 db snatches
10 burpee over db

notes :
- rx+ - solo.
- rx - 50/35 lb dumbbell
- level 2 - weight of choice
- partition as desired.

Thunder Valley CrossFit is a little vanilla. You ought to
peek at Yahoo's front page and see how they write post titles to grab people to click.
You might try adding a video or a related
picture or two to grab people interested about everything've written. Just my opinion, it would bring
your website a little livelier.
