10 minute emom of :
a) handstand pushups x 1-10
b) turkish getups x 1-2


notes :
- scale turkish getup weight as needed.
- handstand pushup scaling = progression of movement or hand release pushups.
- 2 minute rest before doing second emom.

 

10 minute emom of :
a) toes to bar x 2-10
b) burpees x 5-15


notes :
- toes to bar scaling = knee raises or lying toes to bar
- step back burpees if needed.

 

8 minute amrap of :
shoulder to overhead (95/65) x 5
deadlifts (95/65) x 10

notes :
- rx+ = 115/85
