10 forward arm circles

10 backward arm circles

10 forward leg swings/leg

10 side to side leg swings/leg


Overhead Squat - 5 min wu + every 2:30 x 5 sets do 5 reps @ 60-65%

notes :
- level 2: front squat
- level 3: back squat


for time :
3 rounds:
200 meter run
7 overhead squats 95/65

notes :
- level 2 - front squats
- level 3 - back squats
- 6 minute time cap
- 5 minute rest before next wod. 


for time :
3 rounds
200 meter run
7 front squats (95/65)

notes:
- no time cap for second wod.
- if went front squats for first wod, go back squats for this wod.
