a) bench press 5 reps @ 75%
b) strict pull ups/chin up x 5 reps

notes :
- go weighted on pullups if 5 strict pullups is too easy.
- level 2 - banded strict pullups


for time :
10 rounds of :
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
20 double unders

notes :
- level 2 - jumping pullups, 2:1 singles


5 minute emom
20-40 second plank

notes :
- list total time of plank held.
