6 minute emom of :

a) 12 banded pass through

b) 12 banded over head squats

c) 12 banded behind the neck press

Overhead Squat - 20 minute clock to find 1 rep max.

notes :
- retest your initial lift from april 3, 2019.


5 Rounds for time of:  
400 meter run  
15 Overhead Squats, 95# / 65#

notes :

level 2: front squat
level 3: back squat
