6 minute warmup + 24 minute emom
min 1 - 1 full snatch (build)
min 2 - 45 second row
min 3 - 20-30s hollow body hold 


on the wood floor,
carry 2 x 70/53 lb kettlebells for as many red lines without letting go of weights.

notes :
- each line equals one rep.
- don’t drop the kettlebells at the end of set.
- max effort tester. will be retested.
