mobility :

a) calf smash

b) kb hip opening 


Back Squat - sets of : 3,3,2,2,1,1. every 2 minutes. 


notes :
- build to heavier load than last week for the last two single rep sets.


10 minute amrap of :
30 double unders
15 wall ball

notes :
- 1:1 single unders for double unders.
