partner 1- 30 second bike

partner 2 - 30 second plank

partner 3 - 30 second rest


mobility :

- lat band stretch with band low on rig


30 minutes to complete :
10 rounds :
200 meter run
2 power cleans ascending weight

notes :
- not for time. just a set focusing on lifting progressively heavier with heart rate elevated.
- can stay at same weight for multiple rounds.
- start no less than 50%.
- ideally touch and go, but can be 2 singles. just no longer than 10 seconds rest between the two lifts.
