10 calorie on cardio piece of choice 

duck walk - half of room

angry gorilla - half of room 

5 inch worm (2 push ups + 2 air squats) 

30 second handstand hold or plank


2 sets, individually for time :

3 rounds
15 overhead squats (95/65)
15 pullups
15 handstand pushups

notes :
- rx+ - chest to bar pullups, strict handstand pushups
- level 2 - scaled overhead squat weight or 95/65 front squat + 35/20 dumbbell push press for handstand pushup.
- level 3 - scaled front squat or rx weight going back squat + jumping pullups + dumbbell push press at weight of choice.
- too many reps? opt for 12 or 10
