10 empty barbell muscle snatch 

5 empty barbell thruster

2 sets individually for time:

for time :
5 rounds
25 double unders (40 single unders)
15 power snatch 65/35

- rest 5 minutes

for time :
5 rounds
30 double unders (50 single unders)
9 thrusters 75/55

- rest 5 minutes

notes :
- level 2- single unders + barbell at weight of choice.
- 8 minute time cap for each wod.
- score = total time for day.
