notes :
- not for time. designed as strength set with double unders serving as a prefatigue.
- should have 2 minutes per 4 minutes allocated to rest and change weight.
- finished heavier than last tuesday on deadlifts.
- level 2 - 25 double unders
- level 3 - 100 single unders
- level 4 - 50 single unders

1 minute on/1 minute off of max burpee pullups

notes :
- level 2 - burpee + jumping pullup
- partner 1 does a minute of burpee pullups. at minute 2 partner 2 does a minute of burpee pullups accumulating as max reps as possible.
