lunge and reach overhead - length of room 

30 second extended lunge R/L

10 push ups 


every 3 minutes for 10 rounds 
run 400 meters (black gate before just jump)
rest/walk 100 meters

notes : 

- time cap 2:00 

- level 2: 300 meter run (universal building)
- level 3: 200 meter run
- record time each round
