run to universal + back

15 single leg glute bridges (both legs)

10 tempo air squat 2 seconds down 2 seconds up

10 single arm db press (light. both arms)

partner wod
2 rounds, individually for time of :
3 rounds
100 air squats
100 single arm dumbbell push press 35/20

notes :
- 5 minute rest before second round.
- rx+ - 50/35 lb dumbbell
- level 2 - 25/15 lb dumbbell
- level 3 - weight of choice.
