Thanksgiving-Style Turkey Meatballs Recipe

To a large bowl, add turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, sage, 1 teaspoon salt, white pepper, Worcestershire sauce, grated shallot, and grated garlic.

Mix the ingredients with your hands until well combined. Form the dough into twenty one-inch balls.

Place meatballs on a woven wire rack. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the gravy. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Stir in flour to make a golden paste. Ban burning. Add turkey stock and thyme after flour is mixed.

Cook 5 minutes at a simmer until thickened. Add the heavy cream, remaining 1 teaspoon salt, and black pepper.

Take out thyme. Mix cooked meatballs with gravy. Serve gravy-covered meatballs.
