Thunder Valley Burn is our newest fitness offering that is unlike anything else in the Tri-Cities! Burn is a conditioning and body weight program that by design trains different energy systems on a daily basis. To ensure members are hitting their daily energy system goals, we have implemented heart rate monitoring technology by pairing up with Wodify Pulse. Athlete heart rates will be displayed on our monitors during the class experience. Purchasing a heart rate monitor will be recommended, but not required by Burn members.

Your burn experience will include days of long cardio intervals (60-75% effort), anaerobic work (85%+ effort), and days of a steady grind (sustaining 75-80%). Naturally, the higher the effort, the longer athlete rest periods that day. One thing is certain, you will BURN (calories that is).
