Fit Club

Having been 6+ years in the business, we have learned with our experience at Thunder Valley CrossFit that there is a market of individuals in which desire the community of CrossFit, yet don’t necessary want the intensity or barbell work in which the program is based around. At Thunder Valley Fitness, we ultimately want to provide an avenue of fitness for all individuals, whether that includes CrossFit methodology or not. Fit Club, a new program offered at Thunder Valley Fitness ran by Melissa Fleming, will be based around calisthenics, cardio vascular work, and fat/weight loss. If you wish to get in great shape and have a blast while doing so feel free to come try out this program.

Schedule:

Monday – 5 am, 9:30 am, 12 pm, 6 pm

Tuesday – 5 am, 9:30 am, 12 pm, 6 pm

Wednesday – 5 am, 9:30 am, 12 pm, 6 pm

Thursday – 5 am, 9:30 am, 12 pm, 6 pm

Friday – 5 am, 9:30 am, 12 pm, 6 pm

Saturday – 8 am, 10 am
